The Lee County Library offers free pass programs to some of Georgia’s great family destinations! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, some pass programs are unavailable at this time. Please see below for more information.

Chehaw Park Pass
Status: Open

Any individual holding a valid PINES Library card in good standing can borrow a Chehaw "Park Pass" from any branch of the Lee County Public Library. The passes are good for free park admission at Chehaw for up to two adults and up to four children, within seven days of check-out of the pass. Please visit www.chehaw.org for more information.

GeGeorgia State Parkorgia State Parks and Historic Sites Park Pass

Status: Trails, campsites, cabins open to the public for use. Visitors and education centers are closed. People wishing to visit overnight need to make reservations online. Visit the COVID-19 alert page to find out which activities or if the park is allowing admission: https://gastateparks.org/Alerts

Any Georgian who holds a valid library card can borrow a Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites "Park Pa
ss" from their local libraries. The passes are good for free parking or admission at any of the 63 state parks and historic sites for up to five days. For more information, please visit gastateparks.org

Go FishGo Fish Education Center Library Pass

Status: Open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Only allowing ten (10) visitors into Center building at a time. All tactile activities are closed. The Center is open but on a limited basis. Outside activities, like fishing, must follow proper social distancing guidelines.

Check out the Go Fish Education Center Library Pass – an educational and fun opportunity for the entire family! The pass provides free entry for up to 6 visitors. The Center is located on the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry, GA. The facility is open to the public Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. For more information, please visit

Status: Open to the public. The Zoo has instituted a number of rules limiting services and admissions to protect their animals, staff, and visitors. The Zoo DVD Library Pass program is on hold. The Zoo will not honor any Pass receipts as of right now.

Status: Closed to the public
Valid for up to 4 Museum admissions. Since 1978 the Center has introduced millions of visitors to the wonders and art of puppetry and has touched the lives of many through enchanting performances, curriculum-based workshops and hands-on Museum Exhibitions. The circulation is: 7 days, 1 renewal, non-holdable, $3.00/day late fines, $50 replacement cost. For more information, please visit

CNCLogoChattahoochee Nature Center Family Pass

   Status: Open to members on May 18; general public May 25; Family Pass patrons June 1.
     To help CNC of
fer the best experience possible for both visitors and staff, until further notice CNC Family Pass holders must call in advance to reserve a date and time for their visit. If a group exceeds the four people covered by the pass, patrons must purchase any extra tickets online prior to arriving at CNC. They will not be able to accommodate walk ups.
       Reservations are available for visits occurring Mondays- Wednesdays at the time. Call 770-992-2055 ext. 238 or email to make a reservation, allowing up to three business days for requests to be
processed.
   Patrons need to be prepared with several options for a requested date/ time for their visit. Visits are not confirmed until they have received email confirmation.
       If patrons plan to visit between June 6th and August 2nd, the 30 minute window after arrival is also their designated time window to visit the Butterfly Encounter exhibit.
Visitors need to allow themselves time to arrive on schedule for their selected time slot.
  Visitors need to bring the CNC Family Pass they checked out from your library as well as a photo ID. For other important information about visits, you can check the Pland Your Visit page on CNC's website.
